      Description

I see old RFCs in http://www.process-one.net/docs/ejabberd/guide_en.html

      Can you update it?

      Example: "RFC 3920: XMPP Core"

Please note that 5223 is unofficial and insecure.

Please look all RFCs in the doc.

There's nothing "insecure" about using TLS-on-connect on port 5223. It's not in the XMPP standard, and it's not used much these days, but offering it in addition to STARTTLS doesn't hurt anyone. The Guide already says: "This was the traditional encryption method in the early Jabber software, commonly on port 5223 for client-to-server communications. But this method is nowadays deprecated and not recommended." I think that's fine.

The RFC numbers could be updated here and there, yes.
