      Description

      Hello I found another problem with tsung. When monitoring section is turn off, I mean:
      "
      <!-- <monitoring>
      <monitor host="xx.xx.xx.xx"/>
      </monitoring>
      " it all works without any log messages

      When monitoring is working:
      <monitoring>
      <monitor host="xx.xx.xx.xx"/>
      </monitoring>

      it does not work showing error:
      "
      tsung -p pgsql start
      Starting Tsung
      "Log directory is: /root/.tsung/log/20140407-1205"
      Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic,password).

          Everything is happening on one server, postgres is on its port and tsung is on the same machine

          Found the bug, in ts_utils:release_is_newer_or_eq always return true for Erlang version newer or older 5.10.2, working on a patch.
